Lucky | Scrapbook Circle

Hi everyone! I have a new layout up on the Scrapbook Circle blog. I created using a circle punch and the fun patterns from the April One Fine Day Kit and the Stay Cool Add-On kit! I used a Disney picture because I have Disney on the brain--I'm at Disneyland this week!

 

 Creating this layout was easier than it looks! I cut a circle out from white cardstock using my Silhouette Cameo. I traced the circle onto a scratch piece of paper, then covered it with adhesive from a tape runner. I punched circles from as many papers as I could, and adhered them to the paper, making sure the entire circle was covered. I wasn't super careful about making them perfectly straight and even. Once the circle was covered, I placed the white cardstock with the negative of the circle over it, creating a fun background to work with.

This was a great way to use the fun patterns included in this kit, and using a shape punch made it quick and easy. I hope you were inspired by this technique! I hope this inspired you!
